MIAMI, Feb. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily investor and operator specializing in premier apartment communities across the U.S., today announced the grand opening of the second phase of Modera Douglas Station, which accompanies the original community that began leasing in 2015.

Modera Douglas Station’s second phase contains 181 apartment homes, adding to the 262 homes in the first phase. Built with a modern architectural design to complement its predecessor, the second phase consists of an eight-story building and features a five-story parking garage on the west side. A pool deck and three stories of apartment homes are located above the parking structure. Apartment homes are now available for immediate move-ins.
